Kristie & Me Layout.

Spent the day sorting and organizing patterned paper. I HAVE WAAAAY TOO MUCH PAPER!!!!

Then I scrapped this quick 6 x 12.
Paper and stickers are Three Bugs In A Rug Journaling done on a purple Post-It note Eyelets set with my new Crop-A-Dile II - Wooo Hooo.....

Well, it's almost the end of January - It seems like 2008 just started but on the other hand its already going by so fast.
Too many things to do - Too little time.
Sometimes I just need to step back and realize that I cant do it all.
Those are the days when I call in to work and say I need a "Mental Health Day".
In other words - I just need a day off - Just a little time with a little less STRESS...........

LOAD: Layout-A-Day #1

Okay - So I joined a FREE class at Big Picture Scrapbooking.

No specific rules - Just do a layout - any layout - every single day for 31 days in January and post them in their gallery. I did it - 1 down 30 more to go....
We'll see how long I can keep this up.
This layout is just a simple 6 x 12.

We went to T.G.I. Friday's today. The red and white striped papers are from the restaurant. They were wrapped around the silverware & napkins. The "Fridays" are actually from the sugar packets. The menu was just printed out from their web site on line. The red triangle eyelets mark what I had for dinner. (The Parmesan Crusted Sicilian Quesadilla appetizers were the best!!!!!!!!!!)

Three Years Ago

Today is 1/1/08.

It is a start of a new year.

In one way it is a wonderful thing because we get to look forward to all the wonderful things for the coming year.

In another way it is a sad day for me because it marks three years since my Mother died.
I miss her so much.
